​You can simply email us or use the brochure enquiry form
- To use the brochure enquiry form - Go to the product you are interested in, Click "add to enquiry" button
- Add a note if you wish ie: qty, colours, sizes, embroidery requirement
- Click continue to continue browsing and add more products or submit the email
- We will get back to you to confirm prices within 1 working day (please check your spam box if you have not heard from us)
- On acceptance of the quote an invoice will be sent with payment options - BACS, PayPal & Cards are accepted.
- Once payment is received we will then setup your logo, embroider a sample and email a photo for you to approve.
- Lead times are usually 10 - 15 working days from approval of embroidery sample however orders are usually completed & dispatched sooner than this. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will fast track it.

Please note - not all products may be suitable for embroidery.
A once off fee is required for setting up new logo's into embroidery files

Prices shown in the catalogue INCLUDE: 1 x embroidery max of 100x100mm, caps & beanies max of 60mm high, up to 15 000 stitches which covers most business logo's.
If you require more than 1 embroidery position or need larger embroidery over 100x100mm please contact us for prices.
Embroidery can be done in any thread colours.
