Returns

We hope you will be satisfied with your order however if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 Days, and we will do our best to correct the problem.

Unfortunately we do not usually accept returns once items are branded / personalized except if the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with the embroidery (see below for t&C’s when supplying your own garments). Items must be returned unused and unwashed.

To avoid disappointment please check all sizes carefully, we can supply more detailed size measurements on request for most garments if needed. Sizing can vary across different brands of clothing. There is a limited selection of sample garments in the office to view. Before we embroider your items we will email you a photo of a stitched out sample of your logo / text for your approval. It is vital that you check this sample carefully for spelling, colour or layout mistakes so we can make any corrections before we start production.
